Design and Molding:
Once the material is selected, the design for the liner basket is created. This includes precision measurements to fit various air fryer baskets. The design also incorporates handles for easy removal and handling. The silicone is then placed into custom molds, using silicone compression molding or injection molding techniques to form the desired shape.
